Julian L. Wong is a father, lawyer, writer and social change advocate working on issues at the nexus of our ecological, economic and educational systems.  

Julian is the founder of The Gaia School Project, an initiative that is reimagining pre-K-12 education to nurture the next generation of democratically-engaged and ecologically-conscious systems changemakers.

Julian is an attorney at a major technology law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area where he advises technology and sustainability startup companies on corporate law matters.  Julian was previously a senior policy analyst for climate and energy issues at the Center for American Progress, a Washington D.C.-based think tank, and a policy advisor on U.S.-China energy relations at the U.S. Department of Energy. He also co-founded the Beijing Energy Network, a grassroots network for clean energy and environmental professionals in Beijing, and was its inaugural Chairperson and Executive Director.
