Weekly Community Gatherings
The cohort will meet weekly as a private group. This time will be focused on peer-work, group check-ins, and education modules that are only available to program participants.

Educational Modules
High-level educational content revolving around the key themes. These modules will be taught primarily by partner organizations, with Impact HUB Oakland operating as the overall content curator.
The vast majority of the educational modules will be available to the general public for a fee, opening the content to wider audience and increasing revenue streams. There will also be effort made to make sure the content is available to people of different socio-economic standing.

Weekend Retreats
There will be two weekend retreats at the beginning and end of the program.  These weekends will build the framework for group cohesion, trust, open communication, and lasting relationships.

Assigned Readings
Readings aligned with the three main themes and also in-line with the weekly educational modules.

Health and Wellbeing
During the program participants will have a personal focus on health, nutrition, and well-being. This may take the shape of healthy diet, daily meditation, energy management program, yoga practice, or other modalities.

Challenge Topics
Participants will work in peer groups to analyze particular global challenges from the perspective of the program themes. At the end of the program, the groups will give presentations demonstrating the mindsets and structures that cause the issue, suggest leverage points for change, and identify new business opportunities to address the issue. The challenge topics can be chosen by program participants themselves or by a program sponsor, such as corporate or foundation. The challenge topics ensure that the concepts presented throughout the program can be applied in real time, enabling action-based learning and real-world application.
